           dr R Soetrasno hospital is a big hospital in Rembang. It is located on jalan Pahlawan number 16 Rembang 59218 Central Java. dr R Soetrasno is a state hospital with a class C. It  is able to provide specialist medical services are limited and accommodates referral services from public health center.

In Rembang, dr R Soetrasno hospital including public hospital with a large size building. The building has different colour on front side and back side. The colour on front side of old building is light and dark orange, and the new building which is on backside is white and gray.

dr R Soetrasno has many facilities about units and department. For example admission department, long stay ward, casualty and emergency department, x-ray department, pediatric ward, medical ward, maternity unit, antenatal and post-natal clinic, ICU, ear nose throat ward, operating theater, HCU, IGD, NICU, PICU, infectious disease unit,  laboratory, dispensary, mortuary, nurse station, ambulance and the others.

In dr R Soetrasno hospital, capacity of long stay ward is 203 beds which is 43 beds is VIP class, 122 beds is class III, the others is class I and class II. The hospital have not VVIP class. It has 9 beds in ICU, 8 beds in HCU, 9 beds in IGD, 3 beds in NICU, 6 beds in PICU, 6 beds in operating theater, 12 beds in infectious disease unit, 7 beds in maternity unit, and 12 beds in pediatric ward.

In dr R Soetrasno hospital, there around 36 doctor. They are 17 physician, 16 specialist, 1 dentist, and 2 dental specialist. The hospital have not surgeon. Beside that, the hospital has 157 nurses, 3 medical technician, 19 midwife, 9 nutritionist, 13 pharmacist, and the others. All of health professional always collaboration to handle patient. The hospital usually very crowded, but it is only particular place like admission department, waiting room, and garden. In class III of long stay ward usually noisy because there are more than two patient also a family, so I think it is stuffy place and can be uncomfortable for patient. Meanwhile, in VIP class of long stay ward it is so silent and quiet so I think this room is more than comfortable for patient. Each year the hospital has more than fifteen thousand patient in long stay ward, and more than eighteen thousand in IGD.
